White Crab and Crayfish Cocktail served with Avocado, Mary Rose Sauce, topped with Pickled Vegetable Roses

Baked Camembert with Rhubarb and Cranberry Compote, Crystallised Pistachio Crust, and Five Spiced Mini Scones
